Display Banner
As part of developing awareness, banners were incorporated in the promotional campaigns to nurture company recognition amongst potential customers. Each banner were designed to communicate a core messaging that is easily understood. One of the key challenges as with most content design, is it's important to stay consistent with the company style guide which helps with repetitive conditioning.
Business Card
Building the company brand image is an ongoing process. One way to help achieve this for Petra is to create a new iteration of the business card that best represents their values while staying true to their corporate identity. As with most marketing strategies, repetition is a key component to embedding and building brand image within the audience group. Which makes the business card an important first touch point when dealing with clients. The result is a clean design with high readability, printed on 350gsm weighted paper with laser edged glossy lettering. The business card is very premium to both look and feel, leaving a lasting impression.
Catalogue
Outside of the digital world, having a tangible product catalogue helps build brand image as the company can be perceived with more genuineness. The perk of having a physical catalogue enabled the on-the-road sales team to have a foundation in which they can use to target a particular segment of the market, while being able to hand out the catalogue as marketing material to reinforce brand awareness.
Website Refresh
To stay competitive in a tight-knit industry, it was a crucial marketing strategy for both Bovara and Petra Group to constantly evolve their website and keep it up to date, as it is a vital source of information and a key sales channel. Many graphical elements of the websites were refreshed and designed to improve the user interface and user experience, while SEO focused content was added on the backend through the use of HTML and e-Commerce platforms Magento 1 and Magento 2. Resulting in a constant increase in unique-users on a month to month basis.
Brochures
The ability to showcase a company's product or service offerings and to demonstrate it well is key to capturing market share. In support of this strategy through outbound marketing, sets of brochures were designed to promote a large variety of products that were sent out digitally and on print.
EDM - Email Newsletter
Email newsletter has become a staple in today's outbound marketing campaigns as it is a fast way to communicate information and develop company recognition, which was part of the strategy used for both Bovara and Petra Group to build their image as thought leader in their respective industry. Various type of content such as sales, completed projects, company achievements, product/industry knowledge and more were used when designing weekly newsletters on Adobe software. Upon completion, these newsletter are put together on Mailchimp which are sent out to different segment groups depending on the content.
Directional Signage
To help elevate the company image, Karvin was tasked to improve the customer experience during their journey within Petra. Together with better visual merchandising, part of the solution was to design and create a new set of directional signage for the showroom and office where customers would frequent. Utilising modern aesthetics and high readability, the set of signages would guide the foot traffic to maximise the exposure of all products and key areas.
Digital Display x Social Media
As part of a marketing campaign to enhance customer experience, digital displays were installed to provide more depth to the showroom. Tasked with designing content that will go on rotation with topics such as products, company news and more were used to draw attention from customers. An example is a slide made to promote the company's social media accounts, where Karvin leads as content manager.
Corporate Video Production
In order to develop company branding and to showcase Bovara's capabilities, a corporate video was produced with Karvin as the project manager spearheading the project. The project involved multiple stakeholders and required storyboarding, script guideline, shooting, post-production and final edits before arriving at the completed video. The video was then promoted on the landing page of the company website as well as social media and email newsletter, resulting in positive feedback from customers.
Packaging
Many of Bovara's product line had generic packaging that were delivered to customers. As an initiative to strengthen the Bovara brand, a new series of Bovara branded packaging were designed that catered to products big and small. However there was a limitation by the manufacturer to only have one colour printable on the packaging. Which has led to the current design that finally gave the products a sense of identity.
